This project will be delivered through the training, supporting, and coaching of high-potential individuals (Fellows), who are placed in high-need schools with predominantly Orang Asli students, in remote and interior locations in Perak (or other states, where possible) to co-teach alongside host teachers or the school community. The Fellows will develop pedagogical skills and provide learning resources to increase the mastery of foundational literacy (BM and English) and numeracy constructs, accelerate education recovery and enhance academic growth as well as student leadership skills for Orang Asli students facing an increasingly widening education gap.
